1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website readmyvibe.com and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”) offered by Read My Vibe (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Distance Selling Agreement, where applicable.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date indicates the effective version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Description of the Service

Read My Vibe provides digital subscription-based services including:

• Internet Fame Score: analysis and scoring of profile or account-related metrics, with AI-generated insights and reports.
• First Impression AI: analysis and feedback related to first impressions based on the information and media you provide.
• Bundled or combo packages and any other features we may add from time to time.

Access to paid features requires a valid account and an active subscription. We do not offer free or trial packages for the core scoring and analysis features; use is subject to the subscription plan you purchase. The scope of each plan (e.g. number of checks per month, subscription duration) is described at the time of purchase and in your account/dashboard.

3. Account and registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or breach of security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Service to analyse or target others’ accounts or profiles without their consent, or in any way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks;
• use automated means (e.g. bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service except where we explicitly permit it;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or transmit malware or harmful code;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its output in a manner not permitted by us;
• use the Service in any way that could harm our reputation or that of our partners or users.

We reserve the right to enforce these rules and to take action (including suspending or terminating access) where we deem necessary.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are subject to the subscription plan you choose and to our Distance Selling Agreement. Payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds (including the fact that we do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been granted) are set out there. By subscribing, you agree to those terms. Subscription limits (e.g. checks per month, cooldown periods between score attempts) are applied as described in the Service and may be updated with notice where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property and licence

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service (including design, text, graphics, software, and the “Read My Vibe” name and branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal (or internal business) use in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service or in any reports or scores generated; you may use your own results for personal reference and as permitted by the Service (e.g. sharing features we provide). You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or our content except as expressly allowed by us or by law.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit (e.g. profile links, images, text). By submitting it, you grant us the licence necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to process, analyse, and generate reports). We use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove or refuse to process content that we believe violates these Terms or the law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all content, scores, analyses, and reports are provided “as is” and for informational and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any score or analysis for any particular purpose. Results may vary and depend on the data and inputs provided. Use of the Service is at your own risk. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, such exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising from or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period except where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will remain in effect after termination.

12. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our place of establishment, except where mandatory law requires the courts of your residence to have jurisdiction.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Distance Selling Agreement (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our prior written consent.
